Park Rules
- A cancellation penalty will be charged equivalent to one night’s stay during high season (June through September), if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your arrival.
If your reservation is for a special event or holiday such as the Lavender Festival, you may be charged for the full time period, and payment in full may be required in advance.
- Check in time is after 12 PM, check out time is not later than 12 PM. Late check-outs by prior arrangement only. If you wish to extend your stay please make your request as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate you, the sooner you inform us of your request the greater the chance of success.
- Official quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Pets! We love dogs but you must pick up their poop! If you refuse to do the right thing you will be asked to leave, no refunds. No joke. We’re serious about poop and we’re tired of people who don’t do the right thing. And cats are not allowed to roam the park, ever.
- Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Those with longbed trucks will be assigned specific areas to park.
- Please bring your large trash bags directly to the dumpster at the front of the park. Please fully break down any cartons or boxes you must dispose of before placing in the dumpster.
- Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to ride bikes or scooters without an adult present. No bike or scooter riding on the sidewalks or deck area by the pond. All minors must wear a helmet within the park while biking or using scooters.
- Speed should never be more than 5 mph throughout the park, at all times. Please, drive with care.
- Please do not cut flowers without asking, but do help yourself to the fruit from our trees if you are fortunate to be here when they are ripe.
- Mail should be addressed c/o with your site number specified if possible, especially if the mail is addressed to someone who is not the guest of record at your site.
- We do not have firewood for sale but you may purchase it from local vendors for use in the community fire pit.
- We are not a residential park but do offer Monthly rates on a month to month agreement.
