Reservations Policy

Terms and conditions:

Each site is for one RV with 2 persons, 2 dogs, and 2 children under 10 years of age.

Each full hookup includes water, electric, cable TV, WI-FI, sewer, garbage and use of our showers.

• Extra person over 10 years is charged $2.00/night + tax.
• 50 amp service is available on some sites for $2.00/night
• From Oct. 1st through May 31st we offer monthly sites at $350/month plus electricity
• All rates include one tow or one towed vehicle per site. Extra vehicles are charged $2/day.
• We have a limited number of monthly rentals.
  • October 1st - May 31st $400/month + electricity.
  • June 1st-30th & September 1st-30th $520/month + electricity.
  • High Season rates $840/month + electricity..

Reservations must be secured with a Visa, MasterCard or Discovercredit card. We will accept a check or money order if received within 7 days of the date you place your reservation. Credit cards are not charged until you arrive. No shows will be charged one night's stay.
